• Prof.Zhenbo Deng received his B.Sc.Degree in Physics from Heilongjiang University in 1982, M.S. degree in Physics from Changchun Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988, and Ph. D.degree in Physics from the same Institute in 1994. He then spent two years as a Postdoctoral fellow in Surface Physics (National Key) Laboratory, Fudan University. He went to City University of Hong Kong as a Research fellow in 1997. He joined the Institute of Optoelectronic Technology, Northern Jiaotong University in 2001 and first as a Research Scientist, and now as the leader of OLED group.
• He has got 1 USA patent,filed 2 Chinese patents,published over 60 papers,got 7 science projects,refereed journals,including paper in science. His main research interests include condensed matter physics,information display,optoelectronic technology. He is good at fabrication and characterization of luminescent materials,thin film electroluminescence, OLED display and photovoltaic device. |
