Education
•September1995-July 2000: Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Ph.D. in Condensed matter Physics. Thesis: “Electroluminescence and Photovoltaics of rare earth complex”
•September1991-July 1995: Jilin University, Changchun, B.S. in nuclear physics
Research Interest
•Mr. Liang Chunjun has strong interests in the following fields:
•1 Solar cell and solar energy system
•Solar energy is the most promising alternative energy for humanity. It’s clean and renewable. The bottleneck for large-scale application now is the high price. Mr. Liang has very strong interests in developing potentially low-costs solar cell, for example, CdTe, a-Si, Die Sensitized and organic solar cell and solar energy system (including battery and DC-to-AC inverter). He is interested in the physics behind the solar cells, chemical physics of the battery and electronics for the power inverter.
•2 Advanced display and lighting technology
•Mr. Liang has strong background on display and lighting technology, Such as OLED and PLED Devices, Electronic papers and LED Lighting. Actually, these are the expertise of his institute
