Education
•I have worked in Dept. of Physics, Beijing Jiaotong University since Jun.1988, and was employed as associate professor since 2000.
•I worked in Optical Fiber Technology Center of University of Sydney, Australia from Sep. 2003 to Sep. 2004 as a visiting scholar sponsored by the State Scholarship Fund.
•I teach general physics to engineering students every semester and sometimes give course of quantum mechanics or optics to students of physics as well.
