School of Science was founded in August 1998.Till now the school consists of five second Discipline Departments: Department of Mathematics, Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, Institute of Optoelectronic Technology, and College of Life Sciences and Bioengineering.
In order to carry out fundmental and interdisciplinary research, Beijing Jiaotong University Academy of Fundmental and Interdisciplinary was established in 2013. |
